Q1 2025: DAO Establishment and Full Allocation


Goal: Establish DAO Governance and Complete NFT Distribution


· Establish a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO):

· The DAO framework is officially launched to provide members with voting rights, allowing the community to participate in key project decisions.

· Release the first batch of community proposals, enabling holders to decide on the project's direction.



· Complete NFT Distribution and Burning:

· Finalize the distribution plan for all 10,000 NFTs, burning 1,112 NFTs to lock the total at 8,888.

· Host airdrops of relatively rare NFTs for holders, rewarding active users and long-term supporters.



· Community Growth and Engagement:

· Launch a dedicated points model on Discord, such as check-ins, limited airdrops, and AMA meetings, to strengthen community cohesion.

· Optimize the DC points system and continuously update the store inventory to incentivize participants.



Q2 2025: Whitepaper Release


Goal: Advance Project, Prepare Sub-Collection, and Enhance Brand Value


· Collaborate to Drive NFT Development:

· Collaborate with well-known communities or platforms to increase brand awareness.

· Produce high-quality promotional videos.



· Release the Official Whitepaper:

· Provide detailed insights into Polygon Pandamen's long-term plans.

· Launch Physical Artwork:

· Create limited-edition physical artwork (e.g., prints) and list them in the DC store as a reward for supporters.



· Sub-Collection Preparation:

· Begin designing the second NFT sub-collection with a new artistic style and rare traits, incorporating more utility scenarios (e.g., DAO voting rights).

2026-2027: Token Issuance and Official Game Launch


Goal: Launch Token Economy and Integrate Game with Ecosystem


· Pandamen Token Issuance:

· Release the exclusive Pandamen token and airdrop it to all NFT holders as a key incentive mechanism.

· Introduce token application scenarios: DAO voting, merchandise purchase, and in-game transactions.



· Community Token Incentives:

· Launch staking functionality, allowing holders to stake NFTs and tokens to earn additional rewards.
